We offer free shipping with all $75+ orders. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated (based on weight and distance) and displayed at checkout. We do not charge any additional handling fees. See more details and here.  

If you have an issue with your order please contact our customer service team at alysian@alysiandesigns.com within 5 days of its delivery in order to report it and/or initiate a return. Discounted items, gift card purchases and earrings (due to hygiene) and gifts with purchase are non-returnable. See more details here.
