We recommend gently wiping down your pieces between wear and before storage to remove any chemicals or body oils that have transferred to the pieces to help avoid tarnishing or plating wear during storage. Keep jewelry away from water and chemicals; remove during physical activities and before sleeping; store separately in the soft Alysian pouch provided with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order please contact our customer service team at alysian@alysiandesigns.com within 5 days of its delivery in order to report it and/or initiate a return. Discounted items, gift card purchases and earrings (due to hygiene) and gifts with purchase are non-returnable. See more details here.

Each piece of jewelry (excluding "Last Chance" items) is sent in an Alysian pouch. In addition, you can opt to include a gift box.
