Stones: All gemstones used in Alysian jewelry and accessories are hand selected for our designs. The inherent nature of stones means that no two are the same. Expect that stones will have subtle color and shape differences and natural variations, flaws or inclusions, making each finished piece particularly unique.

Care GUIDANCE

We recommend gently wiping down your pieces between wear and before storage to remove any chemicals or body oils that have transferred to the pieces to help avoid tarnishing or plating wear during storage. Keep jewelry away from water and chemicals; remove during physical activities and before sleeping; store separately in the soft Alysian pouch provided with your purchase. We offer free shipping with all $75+ orders. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated (based on weight and distance) and displayed at checkout. We do not charge any additional handling fees. See more details and here.

If you have an issue with your order please contact our customer service team at alysian@alysiandesigns.com within 5 days of its delivery in order to report it and/or initiate a return. Discounted items, gift card purchases and earrings (due to hygiene) and gifts with purchase are non-returnable. See more details here.

Each piece of jewelry (excluding "Last Chance" items) is sent in an Alysian pouch. In addition, you can opt to include a gift box.
